Wet room with shower, basin, W.C., & hot water from a Calor gas boiler.
The barn is not on mains electricity, but does have a generator. However, most guests enjoy the experience of living by candlelight in the evenings.
There is no TV, telephone, washing machine, iron or dishwasher.
Cooking facilities are limited, but the village pub has an extensive menu and is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the barn.
There is also a wider range of pubs and restaurants a few miles away in Wells, Cheddar and Priddy.
OUTSIDE
BBQ, picnic table and garden chairs.

DOGS
As this
and the surrounding fields are regularly used for
grazing sheep and cattle, dogs are not
permitted.
HORSES
These can be accommodated
by special arrangement in a fenced area of the field
near the barn.
Sleeping gallery with double bed and chest of drawers.
SLEEPS: 2-3/4
The
open-plan layout of the barn makes it best suited for
two people, but the futon sofa in the living area makes
it possible to accommodate two more.
Cot and high chair available on request.
There is
also space near the barn for a limited number of tents.
PARKING
The
track up to the field is not suitable for cars, and the
nearest parking is about 250 metres from the
barn.

Cars may be
left at the owners' house in the village, from where
guests and luggage are taken to the barn in a vintage
Land Rover (above).
